Girls, if anyone has baking soda, like my son, learns even in small doses and refuses to eat, then this recipe works great without soda.
The last time I baked a 4-liter double portion in a Panasonic MV, the baked height was under the MV lid without any soda.
I beat everything in a food processor first, eggs and sugar, then gradually add flour, and no soda at all.
Very convenient, fast and hassle-free.

And I never quench soda with vinegar in charlotte. For good gas formation, apple acid is enough. And I put less soda - a quarter of a teaspoon.
Freesia
And my charlotte did not work out thin, pulled it out with a multi

Do you need to beat eggs with sugar or beat eggs first and gradually add sugar? I don't understand the reason, I want to try again tomorrow
Vichka
: hi: Why is your charlotte so red-haired, or is this a photo?
lesik_l
Freesia, did you forget to put in the soda? You don't even need to beat here. Dissolve the sugar a little in the eggs and then add the rest.

: hi: Why is your charlotte so red-haired, or is this a photo?

2 reasons: 1st eggs are homemade, well, and the second (main) - a camera with fluorescent lamps gives such a color rendering, but I have energy-saving ones everywhere and cook in the evenings
Vichka
: hi: With energy-saving ones, it doesn't work anyway.

Freesia, preferably, beat eggs and slowly add sugar, although this is not essential, you can do as you like.
But when baking, in no case should you open the cartoon until the charlotte is baked, or almost baked. Try it with a wooden stick.
If you open the lid early, the dough will shrink and probably won't rise.
So IMHO the problem was the baking.
Good luck.

I just baked it ... pour sugar into a bowl, drive in eggs, knead with a whisk until sugar dissolves ... then add sifted flour .. add a teaspoon of soda with slaked lemon from myself. 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of rust oil. I LOVE ANOTHER LEMON JUICE HALF TO EXTRACT .. IT IS POSSIBLE VANILLINE IT IS POSSIBLE Cinnamon WHO LOVES WHAT.Makes a smooth dough with a consistency of sour cream. FOR 55-60 minutes per mulechka ... it turns out baked and fluffy. : girl_love: GOOD LUCK!
Freesia
I didn't open the multicooker, turned it on and went for a walk with the child. An hour later, a pancake in the mullet. That's when I thought, maybe sugar should be gradually added to the beaten eggs.
I will bake again tomorrow, already taking into account the advice. Thank you!

Not in the context yet, I brought it to visit, and there it was inconvenient to take pictures right at the table, but it does not differ much from yours

Of course, with home eggs, a completely different conversation, and from incubator eggs - only pallor and no taste. But I never get a pie as round as yours in DEKH. It slips out all the time because of this bulge in the center of the pan ..

VS NIKA

Yes, I put soda in this biscuit, quenched a quarter of a teaspoon with a tablespoon of vinegar, it did not affect the taste (Thank God), only the tall appearance.
And what a wonderful vitamin pie you have? Do you have a recipe?

In others, I also do not put, but here 1/2 st. vegetable oil. Average speed, temperature 180, time 50 minutes. You will turn the charlotte. I did not have time to lay out the recipe. I will not be here, the topic is not mine.Charlotte (Dex-50)

Do you need to turn it over in the middle of the process? Yes?

Well no! Fruit to the bottom (I have kiwi) then dough with apples. And when ready we turn it over. In AG, the bottom does not burn, I even put jam.
Moskvichk @
And my bottom is not baked, so I turn it over !!! I'm not talking about this charlotte. in general, all that is in the form of a test.

The glass is ordinary. Products are taken without a slide.

I am very glad that I liked it. And the apples are well distributed in the biscuit

I baked a charlotte according to your recipe, though I have DEX-60. I did everything according to the recipe and followed the technology.By the time it was heated. I opened it - and at the top is raw dough. I put it on for another half hour. Everything rose well, baked, only the apples settled to the bottom, and between them there was a damp dough in some places (well, it's understandable, because two layers of apples stuck together (((((). What did I do wrong? I really liked the recipe , and I also sprinkled the apples with cinnamon. Very tasty1 !!!!!!! just to sort out the baking time and sinking apples)))). Tell me !!!! Thanks in advance.
lesik_l
The only thing that comes to mind is the difference in the power (temperature) of the baking program between these two multicooker. Or the flour was damp and gave additional moisture - due to which the apples and settled. I haven't had any misfires yet. Didn't the dough seem too liquid to you?
ya_lada
checked flour, the dough was normal (well ..... I baked charlottes in the oven, so I can roughly imagine the consistency). regarding the power difference ... is the dex-50 more powerful? Whipped everything with a mixer
lesik_l
Yaroslava, I'm sorry, but for your multi you have to choose the mode yourself. The recipe has been tested by hundreds of housewives - the problem is something else. I can't say anything, because I have a different cartoon.
I recommend adding a couple of tablespoons of flour to the dough additionally, and increasing the baking time by the same half hour that you have already calculated empirically. Or try playing around with temperatures from 110 to 130 degrees in manual mode. Don't go higher, the sugar will start burning.
ya_lada
oh .. yes I didn't mean to say that the recipe is bad ... the recipe is great !!!! I just thought that maybe someone baked it in Dexica-60 150-180, then I would tell you exactly. of course, I'll try again! if the oven is in manual mode, then perhaps set 150-180, since it is already gaining 140 on baking. but the instructions say that it is not recommended to close the lid on the manual mode when the mode is more than 160 ... how then to bake?
lesik_l
Adjust time. And, the temperature should not be set too high - after all, we need it to bake well, and not burn

Try asking around in the profile of girls - maybe someone has already baked.
ya_lada
Thank you! I will try again - and ask, and bake))))
