Zucchini medium 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • We turn on the "Baking" mode with the lid open, pour a little vegetable oil and begin to gradually add diced vegetables (except for carrots, three of them) into the pan in the following sequence:
  • Onions, carrots, potatoes, zucchini, apple, tomato (without skin).
  • When laying each batch of vegetables, stir the contents of the pan.
  • Lastly, salt, pepper, add sugar.
  • We close the lid. Multipovar 110C mode 5 minutes.

Iron is most of all contained: from fruits - in peaches, apricots, apples, pears, quince; from vegetables - in cabbage, carrots, spinach.
Many vegetables and especially fruits are the only suppliers of such valuable carbohydrates as fructose and glucose. Among them, among fruits, it should be noted grapes, apples, pears, cherries, peaches, cherries; from vegetables - carrots and beets.
Spicy vegetables - celery, parsley, dill and others, in addition, contain essential oils that give food a pleasant aroma and taste. Therefore, these vegetables are usually used as seasonings for ready-made dishes, but some (celery) are used to prepare independent snacks, salads, etc.
