Ingredients

dough:
Flour 375 g
Dry yeast 9 g
Egg 1 PC.
Yolk 1 PC.
Room temperature butter 100 g
Salt pinch
Sugar 60 g
Milk 150 ml
Lemon zest 1/2 tsp
Filling No. 1:
Medium apples (peeled and cut into small pieces) 5-6 pcs.
Lemon juice 1-2 tbsp. l.
Sugar 2-3 st. l.
Starch 4 full art. l.
Plum. pitted and cut in half 400 g
Peach jam 4 tbsp. l.
Filling No. 2:
Milk 150 ml
Almonds - grind in a food processor as small as possible 60 g
Poppy-grind in a food processor as fine as possible 75 g
Starch 10 g
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Pitted plum and cut in half 750 g
Peach jam 4 tbsp. l.
Form 26 cm in diameter covered with baking paper

Cooking method

  • dough:
  • We knead the dough from flour, eggs, yeast, sugar, butter, salt and 150 ml of warm milk. We put in a warm place for 50 minutes.
  • filling No. 1:
  • add lemon juice and sugar to apples. boil lightly. cool and throw the juice into a colander / save /. add starch diluted in the saved juice and mix.
  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle and cut it lengthwise into three strips. put the filling in the middle of each strip. Moisten the edges of the dough with milk and connect. Spread the resulting tubes in a spiral into a baking dish
  • preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Distribute the plums evenly between the dough.

  • We bake for 45 minutes. Grease the finished pie with warm peach or apricot jam.

  • poppy filling:
  • Mix almonds with 20 grams of sugar. Let it boil 150 ml. milk, add poppy seeds and let it boil again. Remove from heat, add ground almonds and starch diluted in water. cool completely

Natalia! I baked your extraordinary cake! This miracle was not so difficult to create. True, now the weather is not so hot (it is raining and cool ..), so it is difficult to fit the dough, you have to help. But I tried, and the dough came up perfectly during baking. Here's a miracle happened. However, instead of apples in the filling, peach and nectarine mixed with semolina and sugar.

There were only 4 apples, and after rolling out the dough I realized that the strips would be almost empty, I had to make not 3, but 4 tubes. Maybe because of this?
