Cooking method

Put half a glass of dry buckwheat in this mixture, salt and add spices to taste. Then we cut the mesh with kitchen scissors into pieces, about 10x10 cm, as much as possible, it all depends on the quality of the mesh, spread the buckwheat-liver mixture with a tablespoon - it will be thin, wrap it in the mesh like stuffed cabbage rolls.
