Open summer pie with Swiss chard and pak choy.

Ingredients

Sour cream fat and thick 200 g
Mayonnaise 100 g
Wheat flour of the highest grade 200 g
Baking powder 1.5 tsp.
Chicken egg 1
For filling:
Russian cheese 100 g
Cheese type of French cow 100 g
Chopped chard leaves 4 tbsp. l.
Pak-choy cabbage leaves 4 tbsp. l.
Chopped dill 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Test idea FROM STELLA
  • Three cheese on a coarse grater, mash cheese with a fork, mix everything with chopped Swiss chard leaves, pak choy and dill.
  • We put the dough in a mold covered with baking paper, stuffing on top and in the oven at 180 degrees. until ready.
