Whole baked young potatoes (DEX-50)

Ingredients

young potato tubers 5-10 pcs
any fat: chicken, lard, olive, sunflower oil 100 g
garlic 2-3 cloves
salt, any spices taste
dill, taste
green onions taste

Cooking method

  • I decided to try baking a whole potato, although I was not sure if it would be baked, it turned out amazingly and now I am sharing the recipe.
  • Wash and peel young potatoes, I usually scrub them with an iron washcloth for dishes. You need to take so much tubers to cover the bottom of the multicooker, I had 6 medium ones, but 3 more pieces would fit freely, it was simply no longer available.
  • Put any fat on the bottom of the bowl, so that the potatoes in it boil a little like deep fat, but in moderation.
  • Set the "Baking" program and for 45 minutes. periodically open and interfere with the cartoon.
  • Salted and put the garlic, I was almost at the very end. And green onions and dill, generally after the end of the program.
  • You can leave it on heating if you endure it)))
  • The potato turns out with a beautiful, ruddy crust on top and absolutely tender and crumbly inside, well, but the smell ...
  • I think you can add chopped sausages or bacon there, but then the amount of fat needs to be reduced.
  • Enjoy your summer appetite everyone!
