I love stuffed cabbage! Only the filling was done on the basis of water, now I will definitely try it on the broth! And I cooked them in a big cauldron, not in the oven ... I will have to try your way of cooking.

Just do not scold me, I deviated a little from the recipe, namely: in addition to the pasta, I added a little more fresh tomatoes to the minced meat (I chopped it with a blender), boiled the rice a little (because I was afraid that it would be damp) and poured it on top with a not light vegetable sauce (there was no time to cook it, and there was nothing), but I had a frozen chicken broth from homemade chicken, I added (well, just a little) homemade sour cream to it and filled with stuffed cabbage rolls.
