Ingredients

Sweet pepper 3 Kg
Tomatoes 1.5KG
Bulb onions 0.5KG
Garlic 20 teeth
Granulated sugar 1 glass
Salt 1.5 tbsp. l.
Peppercorns 10 peas
Vinegar 6% half a glass
Vegetable oil 1 glass

Cooking method

  • Cut the pepper and onion into rings, cut the tomatoes into quarters. We don't cut the garlic. Add sugar and salt, let stand for about an hour. Then add vinegar and vegetable oil, boil for 15-20 minutes, put in jars and seal.
  • In winter I use it for pizza and borscht.
  • She treated her Italian friends - they appreciated it with spaghetti.
