Chocolate cookies with fresh fruit

Ingredients

Flour 2 glasses
Powdered sugar 0.5-1 glass (for sweet lovers 1 glass)
Butter 70 grams
Eggs 2 pcs
Sour cream 85 grams (or 1/3 cup)
Soda ! / 4 tsp
Cocoa 2 tsp
Apple 1
Peaches 2 pcs

Cooking method

  • Beat the melted butter with powdered sugar in a mixer, 2-3 minutes, then add sour cream there, mix, then eggs. Add flour mixed with soda to the container with the dough and knead well with a spoon. Then add cocoa powder and mix well again. The dough is much thicker than for pancakes. Cut the peaches into pieces and sprinkle with starch, add them to the dough, mix well. The dough is taken with a spoon and deposited on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Cut the apple into strips and put a few pieces on the cookies (you can also cut it into pieces and into the dough, then add a little flour). Bake preheated to 190 gr. oven, 15 minutes. Do not overdry!
