  • I cook fillet like this for myself on a diet or salad. It turns out juicy and aromatic.
  • Boil water in a saucepan, add onion, peeled and cut into 4 parts, herbs, salt (slightly oversalt), spices. Let it boil for a few minutes.
  • Then wash the chicken fillet, dry it, divide into 4 parts and put in a saucepan. (Divide into 2 parts for the author, but I divide it like this) Let it boil, boil 3 minutes, cover with a lid, turn off the stove and forget to 30 minutes!
  • Everything, the fillet is juicy and tasty!

I sometimes even cook cabbage soup like that - I put vegetables in the water, as expected, boil them for about 10 minutes, salt, pepper to taste, and then I put chicken breasts stuffed with garlic (I don't cut them) and herbs. Bring to a boil over low heat and turn it off. The cabbage soup can be eaten in 40 minutes, and I take out the chicken breasts after cooling down and cut them into a sandwich - it turns out very tasty and juicy. The broth is the most transparent.
