milk 120 ml
water 180 ml
raw yeast 20 g (2 tsp dry)
salt 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Kom.: I put Panasonic in a bucket like this: first half the flour, then salt, then the second half of the flour, then the dough and sugar, oil and water on top. Dumplings program 20 minutes, then proofing for an hour.
  • Cover and leave in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours. The dough should double in volume (I even tripled during this time).
  • Then we hit the dough with our fist several times so that it settles and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • We spread the dough on the table, knead it a little, divide it into 12 parts (I got 75 g each). Let's start shaping the buttocks! Roll a ball from each part, slightly roll it in flour and make a depression in the middle (I used a round handle from a sushi stick, but then I switched to a handle from a wooden spoon - it is thicker). We press to the bottom, but so that it does not split into 2 halves.

  • We transfer them to a baking sheet lined with paper, cover and let them come up twice.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • I baked at 180 degrees with convection for 15 minutes.
