Ingredients

Wheat flour 3 1/4 cups
about 450 g
Milk 21-28 * 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Powdered sugar 4 tbsp. l.
Butter
melted and chilled
4 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 2 tsp
Ground spice mixture 2 tsp
Beaten egg 1 PC.
Adding:
Candied fruit mix 50 g
Currants washed and dried 100 g
Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
Powdered sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Milk 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Fold the top ingredients into the form, put in the DOUGH mode, when you hear a signal to add currants and candied fruits. after the end of the cycle, lay out the dough, 2-3 minutes. knead by hand, cut into 8 balls, place on a baking sheet for proofing until doubled.
  • Bake in the oven at 200 *, 15-20 minutes until browning, remove, grease with a sugar-milk mixture and cool. Serve hot.
