Thin milk pancakes with cream cheese and currants

Ingredients

milk 3.5% 800 ml.
flour (sift!) 300 gr.
starch 2 tbsp. l.
odorless vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
eggs at room temperature 2
salt 1/3 tsp
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
butter for greasing ready-made pancakes.
For filling:
cream cheese "Philadelphia" (Almente) 300 gr.
cream 35% 150 ml.
powdered sugar 2 tbsp. l.
red currants (your favorite fruit or berries)

Cooking method

  • the recipe itself is very simple. but very, very good proportions for thin pancakes + the way they are baked!
  • sift flour and starch.
  • eggs. sugar. Whisk salt and milk. add flour and mix well until smooth without lumps. add oil and mix again.
  • heat the pan well and lightly grease with oil only the first time. pour the dough and fry the pancake from 2 sides. place on a dish and grease with sl. oil.
  • cover with an inverted pan (bowl) and continue until the end of the pancake baking. so that condensation does not collect in the pan. you can cover the bottom with a paper towel or wipe it constantly.
  • whip the cream and powder and stir in the cheese cream. fill the pancakes with cream and currants.

Natasha, thanks for the recipe !!! Yesterday baked, very tasty! : girl_claping: I used apples as a filling (otherwise there is nowhere to put them). I liked that the pancake holds the filling well, my ones are usually too loose, they are sure to fall apart
