  • Preparation:

  • Put the tomatoes in a bowl, cover with sugar, shake so that the sugar evenly falls over the tomatoes
  • Thus, we are waiting for the tomatoes to release juice, to be covered with juice. Periodically, you can gently mix a couple of times.
  • We take out the tomatoes in a colander, disconnect the juice from the tomatoes
  • Sun-dried tomatoes, sweet and sour with soy sauce
  • We put the resulting juice on the fire, dissolve the sugar, bring it to a syrup, boil. If the tomatoes are very sour, you can add another 100 grams of sugar to the syrup.
  • Add salt to the syrup, dissolve, taste, so that the syrup is sweet with a taste of salt to your taste - but not salty as for a marinade!
  • Put the tomatoes in boiling syrup, mix gently several times. It is necessary that the tomatoes only absorb the delicious syrup into themselves, you should not cook tomatoes for a long time! Simmer the tomatoes for a few minutes in the syrup, over low heat, until the tomatoes are lightly soft.
  • We spread the tomatoes carefully in a colander, we will drain the syrup.
  • We put tomatoes on a pallet, cuts up. Now you can carefully remove the skin from the tomatoes, they can no longer be harmed, they have already retained their shape.
  • In the middle of the cut of the tomatoes I make a small cut with a knife, move it slightly with a knife, pour 1 / 2-1 kof into each tomato. a spoonful of soy sauce, sprinkle with aromatic vinegar from a sprayer.

  • First, try to focus on the photo of my finished tomatoes, soft, plastic.
  • Also note that the tomatoes are very soft when hot, and they seem to be raw, and they still need to be dried. However, when the tomatoes are dry, it is clear that they are ready, moderately moist - do not overdry the tomatoes!
