Stewed heart with vegetables and Madeira (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

pork heart 2 pcs.
heart broth 200 ml.
sweet wine "Madeira" 120 ml.
Sweet pepper 1/2 pcs.
bulb onions 1/2 pcs.
fresh carrots 1/2 pcs.
red, ripe tomatoes 2 pcs. cream
garlic Crush 1-2 teeth
spices for soup 1/2 tsp
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Put the peeled, washed heart in a multicooker saucepan and boil in plenty of water until tender. Add salt and spices for cooking. I cooked in a multicooker, Multi-cook mode, 110 * C, time 15 minutes, the meat turned out to be very soft.
  • We spread the meat on a cutting board, cut into thin strips.
  • turn on the multicooker in the Browning mode, level 2, 10-15 minutes.
  • Add 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, add onions, sweet peppers, carrots, tomatoes (coarsely chop all vegetables), crushed garlic. Add salt, spices and cook vegetables until tender, stirring occasionally with a spatula.
  • Add chopped meat, pour over with wine and broth from boiling meat 50x50, so that vegetables and meat are completely covered.
  • Taste the salt and add what is missing.
  • set the Multi-cook mode, 110 * С, 5 minutes, and bring the meat to readiness.
  • For a side dish, you can serve large pasta, boil while the meat is cooking.
  • Sprinkle the finished dish on top with a little chopped green onions

Cooking takes place in a pressure cooker, the meat is cut into pieces, therefore, it is quick and has time to cook. The total cooking time is approximately 45 minutes, with the pressure set and released.
