Ingredients

Pork pulp (replaced with turkey breast) 500g.
Potatoes 500g.
Zucchini 500g.
Bulgarian pepper 1 PC.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Sour cream 200g.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat into pieces, fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  • Peel and dice the potatoes.
  • Pepper to remove seeds and stalks, cut into half rings.
  • Peel the onion and chop finely.
  • Peel the zucchini and grate on a coarse grater.
  • Add vegetables to a pan with meat, stir and simmer over medium heat until the potatoes are cooked.
  • Salt and pepper the dish, add sour cream, mix
  • Sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving.

  • Fry the meat in the baking mode. Add vegetables, stir. Quenching mode 40-60 minutes. Add sour cream, stir. For heating for 10 minutes.

  • Due to the fact that you need to fill the pan no more than 3 \ 4, then the appropriate size for this amount of products is 3.5 liters. I have 2.5 liters, so I had to donate the zucchini (I didn't put all of it). So:
  • Since the cooking process is very fast, before starting it is necessary to prepare all the ingredients (peel and cut as described above).
  • Put an empty saucepan on the stove, close the lid, turn on the smallest fire. After 3 minutes, put the meat on the bottom (it is better that the meat lay in one layer), press down, close the lid. After 2-3 minutes, remove the pan from heat. During this time, the meat should stick (not burn) to the bottom, change color to white, but do not let the juice flow. Mix the meat.
  • Lay the prepared vegetables on top in layers in the following sequence: onion-pepper-zucchini-potatoes. Do not crush the layers !!!!
  • Close the lid and leave for 15 minutes. Since I had a small saucepan and I filled it more than 3 \ 4, then my potatoes after 15 minutes were damp, I left for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Then turn off the stove, pepper the contents of the pan, salt to taste, mix. Add sour cream, mix again, close the lid and leave on the stove to "simmer" for 10 minutes.
