Ingredients

Sole fillet 1 kg
Onions 2 pcs
Garlic 3-5 cloves
Carrot 1-2 pcs
Bulgarian pepper 2 pcs
Tomatoes (large) 2 pcs
Lemon 0,5
Olive oil
A little balsamic vinegar

Cooking method

  • I thawed the fish, flooded with warm water, squeezed it out (there will be a lot of juice in the mulk), cut it into portions (cut it into a soup - my husband loves it, I don’t) and pickled it in lemon juice, slightly sprinkled with balsamic vinegar, salt and sprinkle spices for fish. While the fish was marinating, fry the pre-chopped vegetables in a frying pan in olive oil - first garlic, then onions, peppers, carrots and then tomatoes. Fried over high heat, and then covered with a lid and left to simmer over low heat. Salted and pepper.
  • At the bottom of the multicooker I put slices of raw carrots (although it does not burn in the mulk, it is a long-term habit!). Then I laid out half of the fish, and on top of it - half of the vegetables. Then - the second half of the fish and covered everything with the second half of the vegetables. And on the COOK mode for 20 minutes.
