Ingredients

salt 0.5 tsp

food colorings

sugar 150 g
oil sl. 200 g
citrus liqueur 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I know, I know - most of us don't like food coloring. But, firstly, we do not eat them every day, but occasionally, to create a cheerful mood, we can; and secondly, those who are categorically against, may well use natural dyes such as beets, carrots, turmeric, spinach, etc., however, the taste in this case will be different.
  • Dough:
  • Beat the whites with salt and sand, add soft butter, warm (not hot!) Milk, vanillin and at the end stir in the flour and baking powder. Divide the dough into six equal portions and paint over five of them with dyes ^

Luda, if your proteins with sugar were whipped into a cool foam (as we say, "until hard peaks") and the butter was added gradually, continuing to whisk until it was completely mixed, then you did everything right, and the cream could not turn out. This is exactly how the protein-oil cream is made. Perhaps the whites weren't whipped enough? Or is the oil of poor quality? I don't even know what else to suggest.
