: mail1: Good day!
I am a beginner - the owner of an oven with bread weight of only 750 and 900, but with the "User program" function.
I want to prescribe a program for baking small bread weight, 350-500 grams. Who has already prescribed or simply has ovens with bread baking less than 500g, tell me which timing to set to the main or fast, but at least some mode. How long should kneading, rises, baking for bread weighing up to 500g go.
Thanks for attention.

Indicate the model of your bread machine in the profile, since not all x / ovens can take a small weight of flour and bread.

The weight of 450-500 grams of bread contains 250-300 grams of flour - such a weight of bread can be baked by many bread makers, it is enough to choose a bread recipe and count the number of ingredients for the desired weight of bread.

Thank you, I have been crawling there for two days now, asking questions in the topic about the stove of my sample, but I have not found answers about timing yet. Therefore, I expanded the search for experts

And what are we talking about, what program?

To bake bread weighing 450-500 grams in weight? And the amount of flour is 250-300 grams? What program is needed for this? What timing, sorry?

We put in the bread maker:
wheat flour - 300 grams
water - 210 ml.
active dry yeast - 1 tsp.
salt - 1 tsp.
sugar - 1.5 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.
We set the Main (basic) mode, track the balance of flour / liquid, kolobok and sit waiting for the finished bread weighing 450-500 grams in weight.

Here is the whole "TIMING (from the English timing - timing)"

Or am I missing something

The base weight for my stove is either 750 or 900g. No less is given. But there is a "User Program". I want to try to register it. I suppose that a 400g loaf needs to be baked (kneaded, raised, defrosted) a little less time than for a 750g loaf. So I am interested in the timing of each stage for a weight of 400g. I hoped that there were already pioneers who wrote such a program on their own. Or someone who has a 400 gram or so mode in the stove knows the minute timing of the mode. I found timing for all programs, but for a different brand of oven, and the weight of the bread is not indicated there. Just "big roll", "small roll". How do I know how much it is.
In principle, it is not clear to me why such a table is not included in the instructions for the stoves. It's convenient. For example, to know how long you can move away from the stove and return to the moment when you need to add ingredients after the signal.
