Ingredients

eggs 6

sugar 2 glasses
cocoa 4-5 st. l
cream
sour cream 0,5l
Sahara 1 glass
oils 400gr
kiwi 5-6 pcs.
dried apricots 400-500gr
prunes 250 g
bananas 5 pieces.
nuts 1 glass

Cooking method

  • Cakes:

  • Beat eggs well with sugar, stir in flour. Divide the dough into 2 pieces. Sinter 2 cakes from one part. In the other, add cocoa and also bake 2 cakes.

  • Cream:

  • Beat the butter until fluffy. Beat the sour cream and sugar separately. Then carefully combine the sour cream with butter and stir in the walnuts (the size of the grind is optional).

  • Filling:

  • Cut prunes and dried apricots into strips, bananas and kiwi-cubes - mix.

  • We collect the cake. Alternating the cakes, thickly apply the cream and add the filling on top as thickly. Do not grease the last cake with cream and filling, put it under a press overnight. The next day, grease the top with cream and decorate. We put the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

I've been baking this cake for a very long time, where the recipe comes from, I don't remember. The amount of fruit can be adjusted to your liking, who likes it more. It is better to bake the cake in a day or two so that it is well saturated. On the second, third day, it tastes even better.
The cake turns out to be about 3-3.5 kg and is sooo tasty.

viera-link , no soda, no baking powder is needed. The consistency of the dough is like thick sour cream. In the finished form, it is something close to a biscuit (not much cooler). Therefore, it is very important to let him stand, at least overnight, under pressure. You are right that the cake is very easy to prepare. Do it, everything will work out!
