Ingredients

Chicken legs 2 pcs.
Semi-sweet white wine (dry) 200 ml.
The water is clean 200 ml.
A mixture of dried vegetables and herbs 1-2 pinches to taste
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • wheat flour - 1.5 tbsp. l.
  • butter - 1 tbsp. l.
  • salt to taste

  • clean water - 4 measuring cups
  • a mixture of dried vegetables and herbs - 1-2 pinches, to taste
  • dried tomatoes - 3-4 slices, to taste
  • butter - 2-3 tbsp. l. taste
  • salt to taste

  • PREPARATION
  • Put the legs in the pan of the CUCKOO multicooker, add semi-sweet wine, water, a mixture of dried vegetables, salt, turn on the Multi-cook mode, 110 * C, 10 minutes and bring to readiness.
  • Remove the finished chicken legs into a separate bowl, cover with a lid.
  • Switch on browning mode.
  • In a bowl, combine butter (room temperature), flour, mix thoroughly. Then gradually add the finished broth, but a few spoons, until you get a milky liquid chatterbox without lumps, which we slowly pour into the hot broth in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Let the mixture boil for 1-2 minutes, taste. The sauce is ready!
  • Mixing butter with flour gives a good effect, which produces a homogeneous mass, not lumpy when added to the broth.
  • We shift the boiled legs into the sauce, pour them on top with the sauce, boil in the sauce for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the multicooker.
  • While the legs are being cooked, we put the rice side dish to cook.
  • In a multicooker saucepan, put rice of different varieties, finely chopped, in small pieces, a dried mixture of vegetables (see the recipe above), finely chopped dried tomatoes, fill with water, add a piece of butter, water.
  • We close the lid, set the Buckwheat mode, and turn on the multicooker, cook the rice until tender. The side dish is ready!

  • Put the side dish on the dish. Next we lay out the legs, pour the sauce on top of them, sprinkle with chopped green onions. In addition to the legs, you can serve a vegetable salad.
