Chocolate muffin with nuts (DEX-50)

Ingredients

Flour 1 glass
Kefir 1/2 cup
Soda 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Ground nuts 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Salt 1/3 tsp
Eggs 2 pcs.
Cocoa 2 tbsp. l.
Softened butter 100g
Chocolate 1/2 tiles

Cooking method

  • For lovers of chocolate baked goods!
  • Glass 250 ml
  • Add soda to kefir and leave until the soda foams.
  • Mix the softened butter with a mixer with eggs, sugar, ground nuts (I took peanuts), salt and cocoa.
  • Without stopping whipping, add sifted flour mixed with baking powder.
  • Pour in prepared kefir.
  • At the end, stir in small pieces of chocolate.
  • Chocolate muffin with nuts (DEX-50)

Freesia, I am grateful for the holiday! This is exactly how my cupcake turned out: chocolate, tender, slightly damp (like brownie)! Instead of nuts, I put a little more flour, on top of the dough in a shape (baked in a rectangular shape) I laid out frozen cherries, and poured the finished cake with peach jelly. It turned out awesome. Cherry emerged - krasotischaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ... And the taste is without words ... fantastic! Yes, I baked in a silicone mold - 22/33, so the cake is low, cut into portions - the cakes are resting !!! In the oven at 180 gr. exactly 20 minutes.

Great cupcake! I made fun of the recipe a little: I replaced the pieces of chocolate with dried apricots, cut them into cakes, soaked them with cocoa syrup + sugar + cognac, and layered them with sour cream. It turned out just a fabulous cake !!! And at the same time it is very easy to prepare.

In general, the cake is incomparable in itself. I now have a recipe on duty when you need to bake something quickly, hassle-free, with a 100% guarantee and at the same time delicious. In the form of a cake I made it only twice, the rest of the times it was just a cupcake.I do it with nuts, then without, if they are not there or I have no time to tinker with them. But if without nuts, then instead of them I add the same amount of flour. Delicious even without nuts. But with them, of course, it tastes a thousand times better.

The recipe was really incomparable, they got it almost at once)) I did it in the form of a cake, there really were no nuts, but with sour cream. Melting so super. I managed to cut it with a knife into 3 parts with difficulty, and then the middle one fell apart in my hands. And yours is so tall, it looks more cakes. Maybe I didn't cool long enough? It was not warm, but it didn’t stand for 8 hours either .. because I baked in the evening, and at night I wanted to smear it.
