Cooking method

  • I turned on the cartoon for MULTIPOOK for warming up. While it is warming up, I peeled and cut vegetables for frying - onions and carrots. Threw it into the bowl for 20 minutes. It could be longer, but for the soup, I think that's enough. I chopped some dried boletus-boletus boletus. In my opinion, they are much more fragrant than white ones. Peeled and cut the potatoes. If I decided to put a little pearl barley, then I definitely need less potatoes. But my husband loves transparent soup, without barley, "like my grandmother cooked," so I do not argue. Bay leaf kills the mushroom smell, so I never put it, pepper ... well, I don’t put it in either, just in case. Let it smell like mushrooms. Why aromatize such a soup? I put a bunch of dill, finely chopped. Poured water up to number 8. Put 1 tbsp. a spoonful of salt. And for porridge.

I use, as usual, frozen Ivanovo mushrooms. There is simply no time to go to the forest, but buy "from grandmothers" ... well, somehow I don’t risk cooking mushrooms collected in the metropolitan area ... God knows where they grew, and what they absorbed.

Next time I'm going to cook mushroom soup, I'll cook mushroom noodles - the most delicious, the king of mushroom soups! Or you can cook mushroom cabbage soup ... There are many recipes, but the cooking programs are the same!

Thank you, very often I cook a gruzdyanka from forest mushrooms. I only put mushrooms and potatoes. On the Multipovar for 20 minutes I bring to a boil, remove the foam, put the potatoes and on the Porridge. Delicious, rich soup turns out.

Well, you must! I did not know that you can cook soup from milk mushrooms! I thought I would soak it for a long time, and then salt it .... Is it just that they usually boil and that's it? Do not drain the water three times, or are there any other problems ???

There are no problems, all my life I eat such soup, as my grandmothers cooked in childhood, and I cook it. Only grannies chopped milk mushrooms in a basin with a knife, and I rubbed on a grater. It turns out a very rich, viscous mushroom broth. The milk mushrooms are what we call dry.
