The difference is very small!

I am a beginner baker, but I liked homemade bread so much that I bought 2 ovens. A couple of weeks ago I bought a Panasonic SD 255 W at my dacha, probably the most expensive stove in our market. Today I did not go to the dacha, and in the trunk there is Italian whole grain flour, well, I did not endure it, I bought a NOVEX NBM-7012 stove in M-Video for only 2500 rubles. (this is the cheapest stove)

I baked whole flour bread in NOVEX at home - the taste is amazing. The bread looks not very good, the top crust is not even and too light. But this was the first time I used such flour. And the texture, taste and smell - just 5 plus.

Now about the main thing - comparing cheap and expensive. Panasonic looks and feels better, no plastic odors, backlash, etc. NOVEX required "firing" for 10 minutes before use, this is written in the instructions. During firing in the BAKE mode, there was a slight smoke and a disgusting stink. Once, I think, you can easily put up with such a procedure.

The buckets are about the same size for both, the NOVEX is lighter and thinner. Panasonic has two mixers - for wheat and rye flour, NOVEX has one, but the set has a special one. hook for pulling the stirrer out of the bread.
The rest of the equipment is identical.

During mixing, NOVEX is a little noisier, but there is a window through which it is interesting to watch the process. PANASONIC has a choice of 3 sizes of bread in the program, NOVEX does not, but I just reduced the number of ingredients in half and got a great little bar.

Both ovens occupy the same space on the table. The convenience of pressing the buttons and the clarity of the menu are also the same. The paper instructions are a little more detailed with the PANASONIC, but I think the number of recipes is not enough for both.

From an aesthetic point of view, PANASONIC certainly wins, but not much. Actually, the most beautiful stove seems to me to be a rectangular KENWOOD with a metal body.

It is clear that it is too early to talk about the quality of products in terms of breakdowns, maybe soon one of the furnaces will break ... But on the other hand, I am amazed at least by the fact that the unit for 2500 rubles. unknown Chinese factory really bakes delicious bread!

Before that, in the forum, I saw a lot of questions about comparing different bread makers. But few people have at the same time two stoves, besides so different in price. I hope that my information will be useful to someone.

goshag , well, don't tell ..
Here many have two stoves
And, most often, from different manufacturers
Only they write little about it, because everyone passionately loves their stoves and does not like when they are criticized
goshag
It's a pity that the owners of several stoves rarely write about this :) I think that comparing different models, especially in different price ranges, will be of interest to many. For example, I already realized that the possibility of self-programming (which my stoves do not have) is more interesting for me than a compartment for additional. ingredients in PANASONIK.

As it turned out, a pause is more relevant to me than the programming that I have in DEU
You pause and the proofing will go on as long as you need
Alexandra
I don't use programming in Bork either. It is necessary to knead longer - the first two kneads in a row. Or kneading in dough mode, 20 min. Proofing as much as necessary with the oven turned on without the set mode, so it turns out that Bork is slightly warmed up, that's what it is for proofing. Then the baking mode. And only the lazy one here did not talk about the execution of the program with the scapula removed after the first batch.
Pakat
Alexandra, but you don't program in vain ...
I just kneaded Borodinsky on the dough, it went up for an hour when heated, it seems to me that this is not enough, I turned on the dough again, removed the mixtures, left only the rise with heating, for an hour and I will see it ... It's convenient to play with the buttons ...

Is it?
All stoves are different and they all have their own advantages and disadvantages.
The question is, who needs it?

And I believe that the comfort and quality of the device play a big role, no matter how much HP costs. Here, my Mulya-5002 is now kneading and humming so loudly, the motor monotonously tediously and audibly, and even the mixers remain in the bread that there is no pleasure in working on it. My way out is to buy a third, and already a third manufacturer, I hope I will soon enjoy the inaudible work and build quality.

I have two HP. One LG202, the second Moulinex 5004. My old LG left for the dacha last year. Has been working since 1996. He bakes well, makes dough. Even the winter spent the winter in the subfield of the house. To be honest, I thought that the electronics would "fly away" from frost (my husband was too lazy to take her to the city, and he left her underground). I buy Homebred mixes at the dacha (they have discounts on some types of bread), since my elderly father, who has been at the dacha all summer, will not bother with recipes. I poured some water, fell asleep from the bag, turned it on and that's it. And we have been using Mulei in the city for the second year already. We are happy so far. There were no complaints at all. The only thing there is mixed up in the "Borodinsky bread" program. It is possible to bake three different loaves - 750g, 1000g, 1500g. 1500g was baked only once to see what it is. It turned out to be a huge loaf, which was eaten and eaten, barely eaten. I prefer 750g. Ate, baked fresh. We indulged in baguettes at the very beginning.
In general, my family is happy.

I also want to buy x. etc., with programming and that would bake the top crust well. But Kh’s daughter doesn’t have a dacha either. the item is also there. While there may be someone in my thoughts to give ...

I have two stoves, a very old Shivaki and Moulinex 5004. In Shivaki, white bread turns out to be more tasty and fluffy than in Moulinex. But I bake baguettes, cakes and Borodino bread in Mulinex.
Someone has a Shivaki bread machine, I really want to know their opinions, otherwise there is nothing about it anywhere.

I will use: Mule - as an additional test. It happens that you need to do a lot at once and there is no time to wait until one portion is prepared.

Satisfied, it's just that she's not in my apartment, but at my mother's. When I come to her, I only bake on it. And I will take Unold 68511 because there are two decks - one large, like in a mule, and the other double.

And I would not like to have 2 stoves. I want one - and to feel the joy of using it) I have never tried the oven, but this is the last device for my kitchen from the "I'm sick of buying something in stores" section. I try on my own and see with my own eyes what is there, because I eat myself, my family and my one-year-old daughter, including, who shows just a special interest in bread
I've been rummaging around here for more than a week, reading ... It's hard to decide ...
Let's say up to $ 200. f - I still understand, but from 200 - until it fits in my head (for the oven). And in this range I can not decide ...After all, everyone really writes that "my oven is the most oven-baking oven, etc." Does it make sense to take it for 200 ye, if there is a good analog for 100? Or is it not an analogue at all? Are there any pitfalls in it?
Help someone with what can the sufferer - I already want clean bread, ripe for a purchase - what to take?
Sy- preliminarily stopped at Panas. 254, but still doubts ...
I would not like the "burning smell" - it seems that the material is not very good. healthy ...
Or, for example, today I went into the office - there in the Binaton kettle the water stood out of the cooler unboiled for the weekend - such a disgusting taste - this is probably poor quality plastic? What is the point in such "pseudo-health" would be?

Thank you!
With the bag, I have decided, no more than $ 200. It is not clear if Panas 200 is just "a name" or will it really be better? What is it?
A bunch of modes, programming, dispensers, etc., it doesn't matter to me (rye bread and no extra f-I at all, as far as everyone here writes, this is in any, yes, you can bake?)
Interestingly, where is the line between a high-quality and low-quality stove?
I want to buy, but not a "brand", but maximum benefit and with a rational approach))
Gypsy
in mine there is no program * rye * but it doesn’t mean that she doesn’t bake it, we bake mainly whole-grain rye and whole-grain wheat, knead and bake everything!
At your place I would look at a photo of bread from different ovens, and so would choose what suits you. I have seen a lot of beautiful flip-flops from cheap stoves.

The price of HP consists not only of the brand, but also materials, construction (design),service support, consumables. This, if you want, you can drive both Moskvich 401 and Mercedes 600. Is the function performed? YES!
But it will break, you can not mind buying a new one
Gypsy
It seems to me a bad comparison with cars .. it turns out I am driving a Muscovite and I see everything through the windows, and in a Mercedes I drive in complete darkness into the blind

You can formulate it in a different way. You can buy noname HP for the price of 5 rubles and in which case you will not find a bucket to replace it, or a spatula, or a service for its repair.
And you can for 15 rubles, and if something happens, the service and accessories, even through the Internet, even at the service center in the country and abroad.

I agree - the phrase is annoying, but we are all from different regions, therefore the flour is different. For the first time (when I got to this site) I was completely perplexed, but why my roof (in the meaning of bread) is falling, it turned out that the regions are different for the authors who liked the recipe and for me.After all, no one (then there was no signature where you came from) does not write phrases: My recipe is such and such, I am from there. Now you already look and see, but there are those who do not sign.

in Israel, this technique costs almost three times more, I can't afford to give it up for such money, which in Moscow you can buy three pieces. So I was lucky without any guarantees and I have no regrets. I apologize for the flood.

Nea Mercedes will be Zojirushi or Hitachi, and Panasonic will be modestly Toyota or BMW
Larrchik
Here I read opinions about HP and I am convinced that you cannot guess with the technique. When I was choosing, I also read all the reviews and was upset when they scolded Mulya. But all the same I bought it solely because of the baguettes. Now I can't get enough of it. Although I have it for a year, but pah-pah, it works properly. Anyone can break, regardless of the price. The main thing is where to fix it. Now I think, maybe I can buy a second one ... Otherwise, it takes a lot of time for each individual bread to bake.

In addition to design and reliability, there is another factor affecting cost - the quality of the programs. I don’t know how to explain it in “two words”. But at least pay attention to whether there are different programs in the HP for the duration of the cycles. It is desirable that the time allotted for the operation of the program be known in advance (or easily predicted). It is highly desirable that this time is not too less than 4 hours. "Do not get carried away" by the names of programs, often the same program is hidden under different names.
All that has been said, to a greater extent, applies to SP without programming.

I spent about 10 minutes buying the first stove. Moreover, I expected to buy the most expensive and sophisticated one, fortunately, there is an opportunity. But she compared the programs (and they turned out to be identical, most are even shorter) and the manufacturers and bought the German Severin. I decided - tomorrow it will break, then I'll buy Panas. And he, the cunning one, does not break, and does not break for years ... Moreover, my bread, according to objective assessments of impartial common eaters, is tastier than the bread baked by a friend in Panas. So, undoubtedly, the hands of the baker play a significant role. I decided to buy a second stove, and exactly the same, so as not to carry mine from the dacha to the dacha. I went to the store. My Severin is not there, but Ariete is worth it - an exact copy, only in different colors and much cheaper. Both the menu and the instruction are all one to one! Then, according to the same scheme, I bought it, decided it would break down tomorrow, then I’ll buy it ... And it doesn’t break, and it doesn’t break ... And tastier ...

That's for sure! The wife of a colleague at work, who "interested" me in "new technology", bakes ONE bread. And my bread goes "with a bang" and is called "another culinary masterpiece". Moreover, what even amuses me: I had no preliminary desires to bake bread and I had no knowledge of baking; just "got interested in the flight of human thought" (automation of bakery). And my husband supported: "Well, play around .."

Do not mix flies with cutlets. Choose not a \ m, but a bread maker! You will not ride it, you will bake delicious good-quality bread! She herself does not bake, she also needs a head and hands from the right place
natalka
May the dear be better! You can even compare the buckets in them - in cheap ones they are thin-walled, and in expensive ones they are 3 millimeters thick. And the quality of baking is much higher (many have noted here who had the opportunity to compare), another thing is that if you take a simple oven, then there the bread will seem the height of perfection. I have already written many times that my first stove was Gold Star (the current LV) and I liked everything, then my mother's Funai - also good bread, then changed to Mula 3000 - and she baked well for the time being. In connection with the breakdown, I gave it to be repaired and then I bought a Panasonic 255 and here it started ... If before they ate their own bread from time to time, now the family began to demand only home. I sold the repaired mule, and bought a Panasonic 253 as a second stove. They bake both and almost every day. They stopped buying bread AT ALL, even in case of emergency.

This is my personal but convinced opinion.
Tanyusha
And I came to the conclusion that it is better than in the oven, and even there is no bread on sourdough. The bread maker has been working on the dough program for a long time, if before I wanted a second programmable bread maker, now I want a good dough mixer.
Gypsy
I can compare, since I started with my native Japanese bread machine one of the first in Russia, it had only three programs - two bread and one dough. The bucket was like a cast iron. Therefore, in Israel I was very doubtful when I was going to buy a bread maker from those that are sold here, but after talking with people \ in Russia \ with cheap Chinese stoves I realized that they bake no worse. I bought and convinced myself. Yes, it's awesome when there are a lot of bells and whistles and opportunities, but you can mix and bake high-quality tasty bread in the oven for 70 bucks, and if that's how it suits me. I'd rather spend the difference for something useful, for the same useful flour. It turned out that the thickness of the bucket is not so important for baking bread.

There are 13 programs in my cheap stove now, in fact I use all the same three programs, one black baking, the second white, the third dough I make .. the rest of the programs are, by and large, a rare use.

And I like the opposite - bread from HP.
After all, HP begins to raise the temperature from 30-35 degrees - and so on until it picks up the desired one.
And in the oven, we usually immediately put it in a preheated one.

The baking texture is different with these two methods.

And specifically breads - I like baked from the bottom up in temperature,
and the pastry, on the contrary, is much tastier from the oven (according to the second method).

I tried to put the dough in a cold oven and without removing it, heat it to the baking temperature - it just turned out the bread version as in HP, only HP consumes much less electricity (0.5-0.7 kW versus 2.2 kW ovens), so in addition to everything else economically more profitable.
Specifically, on the topic of 2 HP - in my Moulinex, French is tastier, and rye is much tastier from DeLonga125.

I can not bake for a week, but as soon as I put it on, I drive both in parallel in order to be in time.

And at a cost - 1 HP is cheaper than a good mixer, although of course you also want a cool mixer
Tanyusha
julifera, my bread suits me at a temperature of 35C and I do not always put it right in an oven preheated to 200C, namely, from 35C, the temperature in the oven starts to rise, but the bread turns out to be completely different, but as they say, there are no comrades in taste and color. And for a long time I have not looked at saving kW more or less kW anyway we do not consume less than 500 kW per month.
