Ingredients

lamb (shoulder blade, rack) 500-600 grams
duck legs 2 pcs.
potatoes 8-10 pcs. middle
bulb onions 1/2 pcs.
fresh carrots 1 PC.
fresh ripe tomato, red 1 PC.
Sweet pepper 1/2 pcs.
tomato chips 10 records
garlic 1 clove
fresh celery 1-2 pinches
dried vegetable mixture 1 pinch
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l. for frying

Cooking method

  • Switch on the Browning mode, preheat the pan.
  • Pour oil into a saucepan or put fat cut from meat, fry.
  • Put lamb meat, duck legs and garlic cloves in a saucepan (crush with a knife), salt lightly, and fry until blush, until the liquid evaporates, so that the meat begins to fry in oil. Stir the meat constantly during the frying process, for even frying.
  • Add vegetables cut into pieces to the meat (do not cut finely so as not to boil in mashed potatoes), tomato chips in strips, dried vegetable mixture, stir and stew until the liquid evaporates, stir periodically so as not to burn.
  • Disable multicooker.
  • Peel potatoes, cut in half.
  • Add potatoes to the meat, chopped celery, stir so that the potatoes are at the bottom, and soak in the vegetable-meat sauce, add water. Pour enough water so that the meat is not completely poured. Add salt to taste, taste the broth.
  • Turn on the Multi-cook mode, 110 * C, 15 minutes, and bring the stew to readiness.

The sauce is very tasty, dark from the presence of red ripe tomatoes, especially tomato chips cooked with spices. The sauce will stand and darken additionally, it will become even tastier! I cook with tomato chips all the time, it tastes much better than just raw tomatoes, especially in winter. And then, to get a dark tomato sauce, you need 3-4 red ripe tomatoes, when using tomato chips, one tomato is enough for taste, or just do without them in winter.
