Green tea sorbet

Ingredients

Water 450 g
Green tea 3h l. with a slide
Sugar 150 g
Juice of 1 lemon

Cooking method

  • Brew tea and dissolve sugar in it, add lemon juice when it cools. Load everything into the ice cream maker. I have it ready in 45 minutes.
  • R.S. sometimes replace part of the water with milk. And sugar with honey.

I made GREEN TEA SORBET according to the prascovia recipe.
Used green tea with jasmine. The result is a very light, unobtrusive taste of jasmine. My children are delighted!
