Cinnamon loaf

Ingredients

DOUGH:
Wheat flour 500g. + 25g when kneading
Sugar 70g.
Salt 1h l.
Fresh yeast 15g.
Warm milk (or milk + water) 250g.
Softened butter 75g.
Egg 1 PC.
BROWN FILLING:
Melted butter 30g.
Sugar 100g.
Cinnamon 3h l.

Cooking method

  • Grind yeast with 10g. Sahara. Leave on for 10 minutes.
  • Pour milk, butter, yeast, egg into a bucket of HP, flour on top (start with 500 g of flour and watch the state of the bun), the remaining sugar, salt. Dough mode. After kneading (I have 30 minutes), remove the dough from the bucket, round it (if necessary, you can dust the table with flour) and put in a large container. Leave for 2 hours at room temperature. I put 3.2 liters in a vacuum container.
