Ingredients

prunes 300 g
dried apricots 150 g
dried figs 150 g
raisins 100 g
shelled walnuts half a glass
liquor 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Grind all dried fruits with nuts in a blender (you can skip through a meat grinder). Add liqueur, stir and roll into balls of the desired size with your hands. Then roll the sweets in different sprinkles, I have coconut flakes, chopped chocolate muesli and a multi-colored pastry shop. Tasty and healthy! On special occasions, I use such sweets as a semi-finished product for a chocolate fountain.

In recent months, we have been eating from sweets only (except in exceptional cases) such healthy homemade sweets. I worked out an approximate composition: dried apricots, dates, prunes, boneless raisins, nuts (almonds or walnuts, etc.), dark chocolate (I take 85%), sometimes some figs.
