Parisian cream (Creme De Parisienne)

Ingredients

Flour 250 g
Fresh yeast 10 g
Sugar 50 g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Powdered milk 8 g
Butter 25 g
Chicken egg 25 g
Water 130 g
For the cream:
Flour 26 g
Sugar 60 g
Milk 200 g
Butter 25 g
2 yolks about 36 g
Vanillin

Cooking method

  • Place all the components for the dough in the HP bucket, on the "Dough" mode. In Panas it is 2 hours 20 minutes.
  • For the cream: all the ingredients (except for the oil, brew), then add the oil, mix. Cool down.
  • Divide the finished dough and cream into 8 parts and make buns.

Mainochka, I don’t want to impose my point of view, but I wrote repeatedly that I don’t play any "koloboks". There are NO "kolobok" rules in nature; whoever makes it tasty will bake it.

I am sure that you did not "kill" the dough with so much added flour - it will still be delicious. But, for comparison, try not to stand with flour over the bread maker. Let it be slightly smeared on the bottom, be patient ... gluten will develop during the kneading process, ferment the dough, and then you will see that you get a very good, light dough.

I cut the finished dough on a table greased with vegetable oil. It will be so soft that a rolling pin is not needed.
