Halvah from pea flour with nuts

Halvah from pea flour with nuts

Ingredients

pea flour 150 g
sugar 70 g
water 60 g
condensed milk 70 g
nuts - any handful
butter 150 g
salt pinch

Cooking method

  • We prepare syrup from water, sugar and condensed milk and boil it until it acquires a light cream shade. Meanwhile, fry the flour and salt until browned. Grind the nuts with a blender - I took a mixture of walnuts, almonds, cashews and hazelnuts - add them to the flour and fry a little more. Throw in pieces of butter, mix well, pour in the syrup and heat everything together until thickened. Then the mass can be decomposed into separate forms or put on a film in one large form, cooled and cut into portions.
  • I also make a similar halva using pumpkin seed flour, and in both cases it turns out delicious.

The dish is designed for

8-12 servings

Time for preparing:

I'm shocked! Larissa, you have one recipe more original than the other. Immediately evident - a creative person! And, most importantly, what I need now! I took it to the bookmarks.
Don't pay attention to gratitude with a mistake. Something glitched, and it happened, but accept the gratitude itself.

Larisik, is it you or what Kai? Or Gerda? In any case, bravo!

Oh, how nice ... Thanks for the grades, my good ones, but halva, chessword, no ice! Rita, I, of course, will not pay attention, but whisper in secret, what is "reue"?
