Ingredients

For 2 servings:
Any hot smoked fish (such as perch) ~ ½ fish
Avocado 1 PC.
Quail eggs 8 pcs.
Lemon 1 PC.
Mustard beans like Dijon 1 tbsp. l.
Capers 1 tbsp. l.
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Walnut 8-10 cores
Olive oil 60-70 ml

Cooking method
