Oriental cutlets

Ingredients

Turkey breast fillet 500g.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Bulb onions 2 pcs.
Walnuts 100g.
Raisins 50g.
Dill and cilantro 50g.
Salt pepper taste
Breadcrumbs (flour)
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • Chop the walnuts.

  • Pour boiling water over the raisins, dry.

  • Wash and dry the greens.

  • Cut the meat into pieces. I marinated the turkey in a vacuum container for a day in salt, spices, onions. Then I use this onion in minced meat.

  • Meat, herbs, onions, raisins, nuts, mince twice (blender). Season with salt to taste, add eggs, mix thoroughly.

  • Form cutlets from the minced meat obtained with wet hands. The minced meat turns out to be quite liquid, so before molding each cutlet, moisten your hands with water !!! Dip them in breadcrumbs (I make myself from vanilla breadcrumbs) and fry them in a preheated pan in vegetable oil.

  • Oriental cutlets

  • Even at the cooking stage, the smell was -. And fried cutlets are generally a song !!! I believe that if you do not cook them, then you will commit a crime against your stomach !!! Oh how !!

The recipe is taken from the train station. "I love to cook", with my changes:
1. Original beef.
2. Onions in the amount of 6 pieces (the hand did not rise).
3. I did not use the juice of 1 lemon.
4. Cutlets were rolled in breadcrumbs, then in an egg, then again in breadcrumbs.

It all depends on the stove and frying pan. I fried in a triple bottom skillet on an electric stove for 1 (out of 6 divisions). First, it browned a little on both sides with the lid open, then closed the lid and simmered for about 10 minutes. Moreover, the first batch was fried according to the same principle, but for 2, and it came out more ruddy, one might say burnt.

Here the principle is this: brown a little on both sides, close the lid and simmer until tender.

when I looked at the ground raisins coming out of the meat grinder ... began to doubt the success of the enterprise but when they fried !!!! this is something !! delicate, juicy, the taste is simply amazing !!! but these are not cutlets !! they do not have that "cutlet" taste, this is some kind of oriental meat dish, terribly tasty

But yes, I'm afraid, children are conservatives in this regard, they may disagree with such a bold experiment, so you need to have something to be on the safe side.

I thought it would be great to eat them with some sauce. with tar-tar, or what? what do you think, Mel?
