Made today - it turned out delicious.
But he was not so "chubby" I came out. And the filling remained on top.
It seems that I did everything as it should be - and set the eggs in, the rest was intervened neatly.

Next time I'll try to do this - 2/3 of the dough - the filling is -1/3 of the dough.

Thanks for the recipe.

Lelishe,I cannot explain why the filling remained on top, I always have it distributed throughout the whole cake. But this did not affect the taste, and this is the main thing! 🔗
Lelishe
The taste was definitely not affected. :-)
It seems to me that any unsweetened filling from the deposits in the refrigerator will perfectly go into this dough.

Will suit unambiguously For example cabbage. I chop finely and raw into dough. Mine are very fond of. 🔗

VS NIKA,
I'm still thinking why it turned out so strange with the filling that it remained on top

Question:
How long do you beat the eggs. I beat until white foam, in fact, I do it on charlotte. Maybe too long and the dough is too thick?
Vichka
Lelishe, for charlotte, I share the eggs, but here I beat them together and for a long time.

Yesterday I baked a pie, the fish and rice were not left on the top, and my friend baked, so she too, like you. I advised her to mix the dough with the filling, it turned out well. Therefore, I made an edit in the recipe, as I advised my friend, so that others did not work out like you. Perhaps there is something wrong somewhere in the filling, where the dough came out thicker. I put the flour in a glass without a top. Or maybe the difference in MV. Yesterday I baked a chocolate sponge cake in Dex, according to his recipe, so it was not baked, but it turned out cool in Polaris!

I put 1 glass of flour 250 ml without top.
There may also be a difference in flour - a slightly drier flour - and that's it.

And my cartoon is Panasonic 18.

And here is my first "test of the pen" in little Liberton.

And although I blinded him from what was (flour in half with semolina, because both ended) and instead of pink salmon there were banal sardines in oil, it turned out quite not bad

Olya, a beautiful pie turned out! Did you like the taste? I also wanted it, but I only love it with pink salmon.
rusja
Yes, I liked the taste, but my mother is more of a lover of all kinds of canned fish and salads with them. little flour + semolina, then in general
Vika, and if you do it not with canned food, but with fresh fish, then you need to boil it first? I wanted to try for a long time
Vichka
Olya, with fresh fish it seems to me better to make a thin pie: a layer of dough, a fish, an onion and again the dough. and the oven is still in the oven or in the airfryer.
