    Ginger syrup makes a gorgeous ginger tea! I liked it even more than just grated raw ginger.

    For tea:
    ginger syrup - 1-2 tsp
    honey - to taste 1-2 tsp.
    lemon (lime) juice - 1-2 tbsp. l.
    boiling water - 250 ml.
