Sugar 3st. l + 3st. l.
Salt 1h l.
Oil sl. or margarine 1 / 2bags
Cottage cheese 600g (3 packs)
Semolina 3st. l.
Coconut flakes 4st. l.
Dry yeast 1 pack
Poppy

Cooking method

  • Curd chamomile
  • When the dough is ready, divide it into 30 pieces.
  • Curd chamomile
  • Shape into patties and place in a greased round chamomile shape, 10 pieces each. Brush with egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

You just don't overdo it with coconut, I somehow put more than the norm, it turned out tasteless. And you can make your favorite dough. Yeast baking in AG turns out to be very good, I like it better than in the oven.
