Ingredients

Potatoes 700 g
Balyk (ham, brisket) dry-cured 200 g
Large leek 1 PC.
Hard cheese 100 g
Cream 20% 250 g
Sour cream 20% 150 g
Parsley 1 \ 2 bundles
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the potatoes and leeks into thin slices on a slicer (I have a berner).
  • Cut the loin and cheese into pieces.
  • Chop the parsley.
  • Put balyk, cheese, parsley at the bottom of the multicooker. Next, alternating layers of potatoes and onions. The top layer is potatoes.
  • Sour cream, beat with cream, salt and pepper. Squeeze with a spatula.
  • Baking mode 65 minutes. After 30 minutes, you can again crush the contents of the pan with a spatula.
  • This is delicious !!!! Recommend!
  • shl. Of course, when laid out on a plate, the dish lost its aesthetic appearance ... And I would not display it, probably .... BUT !!! As a result of the fact that the balyk lies in the bottom layer, it roasts and acquires an additional flavor. For aesthetics, you can change the order of layers, namely: first potatoes-onions, then parsley, balyk, cheese.
  • For the oven (the order of layers according to the second option), bake at 180C for 40 minutes.
