Rice (dry) 150g
Sour cream 100-150g
Milk or cream 150-200g
Eggs 3 pcs
Onion 1 PC

Cooking method

  • 1. Pass the chicken fillet, onions, carrots through a meat grinder, you can chop everything in a blender.
  • 2. Add sour cream, milk, eggs, salt, pepper and any seasonings you like, dry rice. Whisk everything well, stir it, I whipped everything in Kenwood with a K-shaped nozzle.
  • 3. Put it in the cuckoo bowl and on the Oven mode 1 level 35 minutes.

The dish is designed for

4-5 servings

Note

Also, this dish can be made in the oven or just in the MV.
I liked it, served with sour cream sauce and adjika.

Bon Appetit!

Thanks for the recipe!
Does Cuckoo 1010 have a porridge mode softer than Multicook, in your opinion?

Yes, it seems softer to me, the meat on Kasha turns out well.

Lovely casserole
And if not in Cook, but in an ordinary slow cooker (I have DEH), then you don't need to boil the rice at least a little? Otherwise, it seems to me that it may just stick out dry when baking ...

Thank you: flowers: Of course, you can boil rice until half cooked, but it seems to me that it will cook in your cartoon too, then stewing or pilaf mode is desirable, lasting 50-60 minutes and thinner minced meat, by increasing the milk-cream.
