KETI, Thank you! fixed.

Vika, thanks for the delicious casserole. True, my mixer burned out, kneaded by hand, which is probably why it turned out to be low. Made in DEKSIK.

White spots are flakes of proteins. Underwhelmed
I also added 5 drops of rum essence. The smell is incredible. And it melts in the mouth.

From dried fruits there was only raisins, there were no others. I steamed the raisins in a saucepan with pumpkin, only threw it at the end to steamed.

Here I came to you to show this wonderful casserole. I did everything absolutely according to your recipe, only I had more pumpkin - 600 grams, I stewed it in a cartoon and boiled it with milk. There was no baking powder, I put about a quarter of a teaspoon of quicklime soda, mixed with flour. But the smell of soda in the finished casserole, thank God, is not felt, it must have been extinguished with yogurt
From candied fruits, too, there was only raisins, and I, on Katie's "tip", added almond essence.
I have no experience with casseroles, I did it only once at the dawn of buying DEKH, but it turned out, not even like a cheesecake, but like a chop, I didn't know that it was necessary to cool it in the cartoon, I took it out right away, and it flattened out
And this time - having studied all the passions for casseroles in Brand's testing, I cooked it for two full cycles on Baking, that is, 90 minutes (after the first - there was a very raw top), then turned the top upside down so that the bottom was slightly baked or at least it darkened and kept it on heating for another 2 hours, then took out the valve and left it in the cartoon to cool down overnight.
The dough was initially very liquid, and the store-bought cottage cheese was 9%, so-so, I was even afraid that it would remain "glavky", as my grandmother said, but after all the above procedures, this is what happened

rusja, the casserole looked good, and even considering that it was drunk at Brand, right? then the result for Brand is not even very bad. I don't even know if I should try this casserole in Brand, I'm afraid. Thanks for trying, recipe. (let's go to YOU? It's easier to communicate here, otherwise at work "YOU", on the street "YOU", so I want simple communication!) I just didn't fully understand, did I like the taste of the casserole? When I do it, I eat it in one fell swoop.

Nope, not in the Brand, but in DEHe-50 , I have nothing else and do not yet. I also want to buy a little Libertonchik for help, they are still cheap with us. And in Brand, I just studied experience
The casserole tasted a little wet, but I don't know what it should be, to be honest, as for my taste, so a couple of tablespoons of semolina flour could have been added. But for the first time I decided to strictly follow the specified recipe. And I was so afraid that a wet pancake would turn out, the dough was thin, but nothing, it baked and rose. Soda mola still has a positive role to play, otherwise I have recently come across baking powder
Everything is delicious, Grand Mercy

I baked in Polaris, there is less power and therefore the casserole was not wet. And I also want Libertonchik and would love to buy, but we do not have them.

Casserole, I liked it a lot more when I stood in the refrigerator for a day, it tasted so piquant, today we finished eating it.
I will experiment further

Set the "Baking" program for 1 hour + 30 minutes and open after 15-20 minutes.

Do you mean bake for 1 hour + 30 minutes or keep it heated for 30 minutes after an hour baking?

Snusmumrik, 1.5 hours only the oven, but again, depending on which MV.

I have a dexic-60, probably 1.5 hours in it will be too much? In general, I'll try tomorrow, I'll start at 1 o'clock, and then I'll look at the result.

Vika, I don’t know where to ask, like there was no separate recipe - casserole with jelly and frozen cherries. Are you all beating there together or the eggs separately? Cool recipe and suited me precisely for its versatility

Olya, whipped everything together. The casserole is delicious, this is my invention. Of these casseroles of mine, I also really like this one.https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=144395.0 it will go well for a cake.
