Ingredients

Whole wheat flour 450 g
Milk 340 g
Egg 1 PC.
Spices for apple pie 1.5 tsp.
Cinnamon 0.5 tsp
Salt 0.5 tsp
Butter 50 g
Yeast, pressed 10 g
Seedless raisins 150 g
Candied fruit 50 g
Dried currant 25 g
For crosses:
Wheat flour, premium 50 g
Margarine 25 g
For glaze:
Milk 2 tbsp. l.
Sugar 25 g

Cooking method

  • 7. Bake the buns in the oven for 15-18 minutes at 200C until the buns are browned.
  • 8. Lubricate the hot rolls with icing. You can serve buns hot, warm, or cold.
