Water 2.5 tbsp.
Zest of 1 lemon

Cooking method

I would do the same ... But with puff pastry - it will not be at all the same. Filo is the thinnest sheets of dough that are soaked in juice during baking and then simply melt in your mouth. The puff pastry is still a bit rough for that.
