Ingredients

Filo dough (draft) 250 g
Butter (melt) 75 g
For filling:
Cottage cheese 200 g
Feta cheese (grate) 200 g
Egg 2 pcs.
Yogurt 100 g
Cream (fat content does not matter) 200 ml
Ground black pepper
(salt depending on the salinity of the cheese)
Form 16x24 cover the bottom with baking paper

Cooking method

  • Line the bottom of the mold with two sheets of dough, brush with butter.

  • Do the same with the rest of the dough, greasing each layer with oil, leaving a little oil for the top.
  • filling:
  • mix cottage cheese, feta cheese, yogut, egg, cream and pepper until smooth and pour over the dough.
  • drizzle with the remaining oil.
  • bake in an oven preheated to 175 ° C for about 1 hour until golden brown.
  • Philo dough recipe:
  • - 3/4 cup rast. odorless oils,
  • - 1 glass of hot water,
  • - soda, on the tip of a knife,
  • - 1 tbsp. l. vinegar
  • - flour, so that a soft, non-sticky dough is kneaded.
  • Mix oil, water, baking soda, vinegar. Add flour. Knead a non-stick dough.
  • Cover the dough with a towel and leave it in a bowl to rest for 15 minutes.
  • Then cut off a piece of dough the size of an average apple or into a children's fist and start rolling the dough, on which I rolled the table I greased with vegetable oil, the dough should be very thin. It rolls out very easily, it is best to use vegetable oil for rolling, but it may be easier for someone with flour.
