I cannot help, but I will give advice. Buy a scale, you will see the discrepancy in the recipe and you will understand what the problem is. Many of my friends have ovens, and they all came to the conclusion that the scale is a very important tool for the baker.

I always get an airy, fluffy, aromatic bread ... Never before has my bread been unbaked ... To bake ready-made bread .. if necessary (I have not had this before), then at the end of the program, turn off the oven and turn it on again .. select the Baking mode for the required time .. and that's it. I bake different kinds of bread in this oven, according to my mood and occasion ... I really can't imagine how to live without a bread machine now ... Yesterday I tried bread with buckwheat flour.
So:
Buckwheat flour-100 gr.
Wheat flour-300 gr.
Salt-1h. l.
Sugar -2 tsp
Rast. oil -2 tbsp. l.
Water -300ml.
Yeast-1 tsp (dry).
Program 4 (wholemeal bread), weight 750 g, medium crust.
However, I stopped using dry yeast a long time ago. I buy a pack of pressed yeast 100 grams. I divide it into 9 parts by eye, and into the freezer. For the dough I take out one part and put it in a warm liquid (depending on the recipe), stir it and the yeast dissolves.
