Dear forum users! I purchased the HB-206CE stove. The first pancake is lumpy as usual. Recipe "White bread" 900gr. from the recipe book. Wet inside, did not rise. Now the same recipe is baked only 680g. It looks much better. From this the question arises - how does the stove know how much weight is being baked at the moment. The book indicates 450, 680 and 900 grams. Who has such an oven and how does it bake 900 gram loaves?
P.S. The loaf is finished. Quality 4+. The top was weakly fried.
