Cupcakes with liqueur and candied fruit

Ingredients

Dough:
flour 200 g
butter 200 g
sugar 200 g
egg 1 PC
yolks 2 pcs
candied lemon and orange peels 50g
candied kiwi 50 g
baking powder 1 tsp
vanilla 1 p
VANA TALLINN liqueur 1 tbsp
Glaze:
proteins 2 pcs
sugar 100 g
VANA TALLIN liqueur 50 ml

Cooking method

  • 1. Beat butter at room temperature with sugar until creamy. Continuing to beat, add first the yolks, then the egg.
  • Add flour mixed with baking powder and vanilla into a well-beaten mass. Stir until smooth. Pour 1 tbsp into the finished dough. l. liqueur, add candied fruits, mix again and distribute on tins. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
  • 2. Prepare the glaze:
  • boil the syrup from sugar and liqueur to 120 degrees. Gently introduce it into the whipped egg whites (pour in a thin stream) and beat for another five minutes.
  • 3. Cover the cooled cupcakes with glaze, decorate with candied fruits.
