Eggplant-tomato turrets

Ingredients

eggplant 2 medium
tomato 3 pcs.
garlic 3 teeth
mayonnaise 50 g
salt taste
walnuts 50 g
grated cheese 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cut the eggplants into thin slices and fry in vegetable oil with salt. Prepare the sauce from mayonnaise and crushed garlic. Now, alternately greasing the layers with sauce, put the eggplant and tomato circles on top of each other. Sprinkle each turret on top with grated cheese and nuts.
