Ingredients

Sugar 1 tbsp.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Flour 1 tbsp.

Cottage cheese 250-350 g
Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Apples 2 large
Vanilla sugar, cinnamon, powdered sugar
Semolina 2-3 st. l.

Cooking method

  • I wanted an experiment in baking today, and I arranged it! So:
  • First, knead the dough: beat the eggs with sugar quite intensively, add flour.
  • If there is a very dense dough, then you can dilute it a little with milk (but a little! Because the dough should still be thick, like a very thick condensed milk). You can add vanilla sugar or cinnamon.

  • Now we are preparing the filling: we mix cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream, semolina (you can add another 1 tablespoon of flour for density).

  • We clean and cut apples, as for a regular charlotte.
  • We take a shape and lay it out in layers: quite a bit of dough, without even closing the bottom to the end.
  • We put a layer of apples on it

  • Then again quite a bit of dough

  • A layer of curd filling
  • Curd charlotte
  • Then again the dough, apples, curd filling and finally everything should be covered with a layer of dough.

  • Then we put this miracle in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1-1.20 hours.
  • We take it out of the oven, let the cake cool down a bit, sprinkle with powdered sugar and ... enjoy!

Preparation 15-20 min, baking 60-80 min.
