Wheat bread "Creamy" (oven)

Ingredients

Wheat flour 300g.
Fresh yeast 10g. (3g dry)
Salt 3d.
Cream cheese like Philadelphia, Almette 50g.
Softened butter 20g.
Dry cream 10g.
Sugar 15g.
Carbonated mineral water 160g.

Cooking method

  • Grind yeast with sugar. Leave on for 10 minutes until foam appears. Pour HP into the bucket.
  • All other ingredients are there in the order prescribed by your bread maker. I have liquid first. Dough mode. The dough is soft, smooth, elastic.
  • After the end of kneading, remove the dough from the bread machine. Crumple, form a ball and place in a container lightly greased with vegetable oil. The volumetric capacity should be at least 3 liters, as the dough grows very large. Leave on for 1.5 hours. As time passed, the dough filled almost the entire container:

Mistletoe, what bread! Mine have not yet moved away from "Marble", but here again such a handsome man. How not to bake? Bookmarked it!
Omela
Saw, Shura, Saw... Peks, Marina, bites !!!
pitch
oh beauties! Can you use liquid milk? and how many? otherwise I didn't bake with dry
Omela
pitch , milk powder and liquid milk are different things. Dry is needed to give airiness to the crumb. If not, then you can replace some of the water with regular milk.
Melanyushka
Mistletoe, what a lovely piece of bread! I immediately wanted to bake, but instead of powdered milk, if I add baby formula, will it work? Or still not to risk and buy powdered milk? I really want a guaranteed taste and look - you have it so delicious even in the photo.

only instead of powdered milk if I add baby formula, will it work? Or still not to risk and buy powdered milk?

Melanyushka , Thank you! Purely theoretically, it will work with a dry mixture. Try it.Only I remembered that I didn’t have powdered milk, but cream. I'm going to fix the recipe. In cream and milk, probably, purely theoretically, the fat content is different. So, if you buy, then take the cream.
Lantana
I baked it, the taste is delicate, I took viola cheese, but didn't divide it into buns, 50 grams each? she took an oval glass shape, the bread turned out to be one-piece, the taste was not reflected the next time the proportion was double
Omela
Lantana , Thank you! Glad you liked it!

Omela, Ksenia! Made this wonderful bread. It didn't seem like bread - more like a bun, such a tender, airy fragrant crumb, and the crust is thin, crunchy

Omela, this is unrealistically delicious bread !!! My fussy (husband and son) liked it. Thank you so much for the recipe. I am with a photo report:
Wheat bread "Creamy" (oven)
and in the context:
Wheat bread "Creamy" (oven)
The photo shows that the dough fit very well, but there is not enough space on the Sixth roll ... but I still left it in the mold, so it turned out a little unevenly. I took 30g "Camembert" a + 20g of homemade cream-fresh and instead of water, potato broth + milk. I will definitely do more!
Omela
prada, very nice and correct bread turned out !! Glad you liked it.
Galina Byko
Ksyusha, what kind of dry cream do you buy?
I saw a substitute for dry cream and a substitute for powdered milk at the Crossroads, the "substitute" is alarming.
Omela
No-no-no, with Perkrestok I also got stuck. I buy Blosskie, a blue bag with a cow, I did not find a picture in the internet. You can dry milk, also Belarusian.
Galina Byko
Ksyusha, thanks!
We have a store "Belarusian Products", I'll take a look there.
