Anyuta 2.5 cups of flour - should you hang it in grams?

I once got sick of converting flour from different cups to grams,
so I got used to counting quickly

2.5 cups per 300 ml = 450 grams of flour

If interested, it turned out like this:
250 ml = 150 gr flour
300 ml = 180 g flour * 2.5 = 450 g flour
(possibly +15 or 20 g depending on the kolobok)

I baked a similar recipe, there are several of them on the forum, not with tomatoes, but with tomato paste and oregano.
It is possible without panifarin, this dough is not capricious, just dry yeast, just in case, I would take 1.5 tsp, although now I bake exclusively on live ones.

The bread comes out with an amazing cheese taste mmmm ...
It is worth trying
