Ingredients

Cottage cheese 250 g
Sugar 200-250 g
Melted butter 100 g
Semolina 200 g
Egg 1 PC.
Soda 1 tsp
Sweet and sour apples 3 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Grind cottage cheese with egg, add semolina. Leave on for 15 minutes.
  • At this time, peel the apples, cut into cubes, cover with sugar, stir and leave until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Next, add cottage cheese with semolina, soda to the apples, mix. In the original recipe, the soda was extinguished with vinegar, but I have quite sour apples and cottage cheese, so I did not extinguish.
  • Pour melted butter last.
  • Grease the mold with oil (silicone too), lay out the dough, smooth. I have a form d 24 cm.
  • Willingness to check with a toothpick.

and here is my pie "based on", because I did it in a cartoon - small Liberton and with plums, the proportions of the products are the same, only 3 eggs, because the cottage cheese from the ferry is completely fat-free and sourish, and mixed everything together in a blender bowl - cottage cheese, eggs, sugar and semolina, stood for about 20 minutes, swelled, then plums, candied fruits, melted butter and half a teaspoon of soda quenched with vinegar.
It was watery, I didn't know how it would bake, but everything is fine and tender, here:

Thank you for the miracle - charlotte! The husband and daughter said that the taste is "Professional, like from a chef. A ball of ice cream, a leaf of mint and - serve in an expensive cafe"

Our cottage cheese was soft, not dry, 5%. Semolina - from "Makfa" - yellow. Apples - semirenko. Sugar - 150 grams.

The dough was kneaded using a different technology. I rubbed butter with sugar, added an egg,
put the cottage cheese. Stir well. Added semolina.
Stirred and left to "rest" for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes: (1 tsp. Baking powder + 1/2 tsp. Soda) mixed with a tablespoon of flour and added to the curd-semolina mixture. Stir quickly and add chopped apples. Stir it quickly again.

I laid it out in a rectangular shape (20x36), covered with baking paper. We baked this miracle for 50 minutes.

Tell me, please, it says 200g semolina. It meant a glass. And then I weighed 200g, got 1.5 cups. I mixed it with cottage cheese, a very tight mixture turned out, I had to add a couple of tablespoons of sour cream.
It reminded me of the taste very much, I think I did something wrong with the semolina.
