Lavash rolls with chicken and cheese

Ingredients

Lavash thin 1-1.5 pcs
Breast fillet 2 pcs
Cheese 100g
Starch 0.5 tbsp. l
Mayonnaise or sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Egg, but not required 1 PC

Cooking method

  • I cut the breast fillet very finely, added grated cheese and all the other ingredients there, leaving this minced meat in the refrigerator for at least an hour (I leave it for almost a day). She cut the lavash into neat, small squares with scissors. Formed rolls from lavash and minced chicken.
  • I put them tightly in a baking dish. Smeared generously with melted butter. I baked in AG on a medium wire rack, at 205 degrees, an average speed of 20-25 minutes (the first 10-15 minutes they were covered with a silicone mat), 7 minutes before the end the speed is high and the temperature is 235.

Note

When it is lazy to invent something new and unknown, it is lazy to make dough, good old Armenian lavash is used. Well, old, not in the sense that it has been lying for a long time, but simply beloved and so indispensable in our kitchens, with lavashikom you can come up with so many varieties of dishes that this is a godsend and salvation for a quick meal. Moreover, it is delicious.

I made such roll pies with minced meat, adding cabbage with carrots and onions - in general, lazy cabbage rolls, wrapped in pieces of lavash. Delicious.
I will definitely try it with chicken breast, butter and in the airfryer!

Yes, this is an ordinary lavaaash. From the Filo dough (homemade), the same is great. We don't have it in stores, (as I understood we are countrywomen), I can't find this dough anywhere in Chelyabinsk

I found a recipe for such a test on the site, in my opinion, both Natapit and Alexander laid out, I must somehow try to do it. But I understand that it is soft, but will it crunch when baked? But rolls with chicken just sunk into my soul, I will do it in the near future, I just need to buy pita bread, with the purchase of a bread machine, I don't even look into the bread departments.

Thanks for the idea! I make fillet filling and cheese friendship (in equal proportions) + mayonnaise and a little dill. Top with homemade sour cream. It prepares quickly, but is eaten instantly!
